Check out this video of mine where I shared 2 of the basic strokes that can be found in lettering. Hand lettering is the art of drawing letters whereas calligraphy is the art of beautiful writing. Hand lettering is about short phrases whilst calligraphy is about long piece of writing. Despite their differences, lettering uses calligraphy techniques to construct words i.e. basic strokes.
So, watch this video and learn the basic strokes that make alphabets.
